Ordering information

How soon can I receive my order?

In Mazovia Province Deliveries are made: from Monday to Saturday.

In Lodz, Poznan and Wroclaw: Monday through Friday.

Orders placed by 10:00 p.m. (Mazowieckie voivodeship ) and by 4:00 p.m. (Lodz, Poznan, Wroclaw) are delivered the next day (within the working days in the city).

We accept orders for peeled, sliced products and fresh juices until 4 pm.

What data is needed to start a business relationship?

Send the following information to our address biuro@bukat.com:

  1. invoice details,
  2. information about the place of delivery,
  3. information about preferred delivery times (our logistics will confirm them),
  4. phone number.
What is the earliest that delivery is possible?
We make deliveries from the early morning hours. The first deliveries are possible as early as 4:00 am depending on the region (to be arranged with the logistics department). We make every effort to meet the requirements of our customers and their organizational needs.
Is there a minimum order value (logistics minimum)?

Tak, minimalna wartość zamówienia wynosi 400 zł na terenie Warszawy i bliskich okolic; dla Poznania, Łodzi oraz Wrocławia minimalna wartość zamówienia wynosi 500 zł.

For regular customers, we offer flexible terms of cooperation.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by phone +48 22 722 77 09 or by email biuro@bukat.com.

For security purposes, phone calls are recorded, and for orders sent by email, we send confirmation that the order has been received and forwarded for processing.
It is also possible to transfer .xlm files or collaborate using the EDI system.

Can I order products that are not in the permanent assortment?

Of course. We specialize in special orders, including bringing in customized products.

What are the accepted forms of payment?

We accept cash payments upon delivery.

Payments by bank transfer are possible only for regular customers, after prior verification of the Finance Department. For regular customers, it is also possible to negotiate the terms of deferred payments.

When is it possible to switch to cashless payments?
Changes in the form of payment are approached individually each time. The conditions for non-cash settlements include constant cooperation and the need to meet the logistical minimum for each order.
Can I receive a summary invoice?
At the beginning of cooperation, we issue daily invoices delivered upon delivery. With permanent cooperation, it is possible to switch to weekly summary invoices.
Do you have an electronic data exchange system? 
Yes, we encourage the use of the EDI system.
Is delivery free of charge?

YES.

Delivery is free of charge when the logistical minimum is met. If the delivery is to take place in a different place than usual, possible delivery costs are determined individually.

How are the products packaged upon delivery?
Products are packed in company crates with the logo of our company. The crates are subject to record keeping. Our customers are obliged to return them systematically. Failure to return a crate will result in an invoice for packaging.
How often do price lists change?
We update the offers once a week - every Monday or on the nearest business day if Monday is a holiday.
What are the conditions for returning goods?

If you receive products that do not conform to your order or are damaged, please contact our claims department immediately -. biuro@bukat.com. It is possible to return or exchange the goods within 24 hours of delivery.
